1. Tell Revai what you’re looking for.

   We discuss the style, occasion, fit and details that matter to you.

2. Choose your fabric together.

   Revai shares actual fabric photographs, composition and availability so you can make an informed choice.

3. Approve the written specification.

   Check the fabric, measurements, length, sleeves, pockets, lining, price and estimated completion date.

4. Pay the agreed deposit.

   The deposit reflects the fabric, materials and initial work committed. Nothing is cut until you approve the specification and the deposit is received.

5. Revai makes and checks your garment.

   You receive an update during making. Any proposed change to the agreed details or price comes to you first.

6. See the finished piece before paying the balance.

   After the final quality check, we send a genuine photograph of your completed garment, then request the remaining balance.

7. Payment, despatch and a personal follow-up.

   Once payment is received, your garment is packed and sent. We check that it arrived safely and that you’re happy with it.
