Delivery, returns & care

Delivery

UK delivery is £5.95 for skirts and £7.95 for dresses. We charge once per basket at the higher applicable rate. UK delivery is free when the garment subtotal reaches £100. The total is shown before payment.

Ready to Wear pieces are already made. We prepare available garments for despatch after payment and confirm despatch by email. Delivery will be within 30 days unless a different date is agreed with you. Please ask before ordering if you need a piece for a particular date.

Made for You completion dates are agreed before you commit; delivery time is additional. For delivery outside the UK, ask Revai for a quote before ordering. Online checkout currently accepts UK delivery addresses.

Returns and exchanges

Ready to Wear returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@auraafriq.co.uk to tell us you wish to return your garment, giving your order reference. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Your legal cancellation rights apply as well: you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You can use any clear statement, including an email; no special form is required.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. You may try the garment on as you would in a shop. We may deduct for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. Keep proof of postage.

For a cancelled whole order, we refund the garment price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the return or your evidence of sending it back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods remain covered by your statutory rights, including your right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs.

Made for You

Before cutting, you approve a written specification, fabric choice, price, timing and applicable cancellation terms, and pay an agreed deposit. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. The final quality check and a photograph of the completed garment come before the balance request. Despatch follows cleared payment.

Genuinely personalised or made-to-measure garments may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Simply choosing a standard size or a Made for You label does not itself establish an exception. We explain the applicable terms before you commit.

Cancellation charges must reflect materials and work already committed and any genuine loss, allowing for ways to reduce that loss. Deposits are not automatically forfeited. Your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.

Looking after your garment

Follow the care instructions on the individual product page and supplied with your garment. Different fabrics need different care.

Cotton half-circle skirt

Gentle machine wash at 30°C or hand wash. Wash separately or with similar colours, as dyes may run. Do not bleach. Air dry and iron on the reverse at a moderate temperature.

Fit and colour

Check the size and garment measurements before ordering. Revai can measure the actual piece if you need more information. Screens can show colours differently; please ask if a particular colour is important to you.
